Bonnie Haims is a partner in Haims Timmers, founding it after working previously both in sole practice and for a pair of local law firms.
She has been practicing law since 2000, having graduated from the University of Toledo with an Associate of Applied Business - Legal Secretarial Major in 1993; Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in 1996; and Juris Doctor in 2000.
Bonnie's focus has been as a personal injury attorney since the beginning of her legal career. She started as a legal secretary right out of high school (Whitmer, 1991), became a paralegal, law clerk, and then a lawyer. This progression has provided Bonnie with a unique, "hands on" perspective on how she handles her cases and represents her clients.
Bonnie lives in Sylvania with her two children, Clay and Jake.

Tom Timmers founded Haims Timmers in 2018 after working as a partner in a small firm in Toledo from 2014 - 2018.
After he received his B.A. from the University of Dayton, he attended the University of Toledo College of Law, graduating cum laude. During his time at the University of Toledo College of Law, Tom served on the law review. During law school and following graduation, Tom worked for a civil litigation firm in downtown Toledo until 2014.
Tom's current practice focuses on corporate law, corporate litigation, and other civil litigation. In addition to being licensed in the State of Ohio, Tom is also licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Federal Courts of the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern District of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Outside of the office, Tom spends his time coaching youth sports for his children.
Tom lives in Ottawa Hills with his wife, Katie, and their three kids: Dominic, Noelle, and Celeste.
